CPIIA was founded by a former Houston police officer, military veteran, and security professional who spent years witnessing the consequences of crime, poor decisions, police misconduct, lack of citizen education, and preventable tragedy. After serving citizens from inside law enforcement and later through security and asset protection, he recognized a major gap: everyday people often do not have immediate, practical guidance when facing police encounters, criminal threats, victimization, or emotionally charged situations. CPIIA was created to fill that gap by giving citizens proactive education, real-time support, and prevention-based solutions designed to protect lives, reduce escalation, and build safer communities.
